Word of The Week {Proud}

If I look back over the last two weeks I can’t help but smile and feel proud. Proud of how our little boy is becoming so independent, proud of what a polite little boy he is, proud of how kind, loving and gentle he is, proud of his report from Kindergarten, proud of how he has reacted to a change in our routine this week. Proud I am.

Is the festive joy spreading over our little family or has our gorgeous boy passed the difficult and tantrum filled few weeks we had just a short while ago? I think so. Definitely a combination of both. What’s not to love about all things Christmas! Our happy little fella has returned. The difference a happy toddler makes to how we feel as a family, as individuals, sane rather than insane. The difference a day makes ey!

We have some wonderful weeks ahead of festive fun with Lil G. We simply cannot wait. For more on that you can read all about festive plans here.

But for now I shall leave you with our happy boy…

  1. Aww what a lovely post to read. I’m glad to hear your “happy” little boy has returned for as you said when your toddler is throwing tantrums you definitely question your own sanity. I hope you all have a wonderful and memorable Christmas.
