OOTD : Blogging Event

For this weeks Street Style Sunday post I thought I’d share with you the outfit I wore for yesterday’s Blog On MOSI event in Manchester. Oh I do like to be in Manchester and I LOVE the MOSI for its architecture and brick work. Any excuse to add a little excitement to an outfit!

I still feel as though we’re in that yucky transition phase between those gorgeous blue skies and warm days to the rather cloudy days which sadly yesterday was!

I really wanted to feel comfortable as it was a day of networking, speaking to brands, taking notes in many seminars and lets not forget eating some gorgeous cake! Despite all that I can’t help but get excited when putting together an outfit. Whether it be for a walk out, a blogging event or a date night it’s all in the planning! That’s the fun part right?

I have loved my distressed jeans for so long so when I stumbled across these utility pants I couldn’t have been happier. I love the colour too. The shirt is a neat fit and a cotton material which felt so light to wear. You could wear the pants a little looser however for me I opted for a skinny fit as the top was a little loose.

To complete my look I added my go to shoes at the minute, the Vibrant Multi Strap Sandals. I have had so much wear out of these. They are comfy and for me just add that little bit of something. They’re sassy and really do stand out. I’m tempted to buy the leopard print ones too!
