Twit Twoo : Review : GetGo Ugo Owl Play Tent

A few week’s ago we were lucky enough to spend a few days in Pembrokeshire where the sun shone and the sky was free from clouds. Just before we packed up the car, and let’s not forget the kitchen sink as that’s the reality when travelling with a child, this gorgeous little tent arrived for Lil G to review. The new Űgo range which you can buy from Argos, is a playtime essential this summer holiday. Lil G really did have so much fun with it. I love how his imagination explodes when the right toys are presented. He actually wanted to sleep in it one night. Apparently the rabbits and squirrels needed somewhere to sleep! Oh to have the imagination of a child!

The main element that Lil G loved about the tent was the owl design and the porter holes. As you can see the colours are so bright and engaging. Perfect for a boy or a girl. A really simple design but with the added benefit of having a rather clever twist mechanism for parents, that opens in an instant and packs away in a flash! Lil G literally had a hoot and managed the mechanism himself.

What was evident from the tent was that GetGo has designed a product which is convenient for parenthood. Their outdoor play products offer active play, with no fuss! The innovative design of a simple twist mechanism and then of course the ease of packing it away is perfect when travelling with a little one or carrying around when picnicking or going to the beach. Twist and Go! Couldn’t be more simple.

And this was the face he pulled when we had to take it down to go home. It took a little persuading…

* Disclosure : We were gifted this tent in exchange for an honest review. Lil G had a twit two-time.
