A beautiful friendship

Just look at these two…

They have the most beautiful of friendships. Even from the first day they met, our furry baby has watched over our gorgeous boy. I watch them each morning stand in our bedroom window, looking out at the people walking by and well just being together. Lil G always offers Alfie a huge kiss and cuddle as we leave the house. It is so sweet. We always hoped that this would be the case, but never imagined how beautiful it would be to watch their relationship grow.If you ask Lil G what he calls our furry baby he’ll tell you he’s his bud, his brother, his bear. Whether it’s watching them playing tug of war, or Lil G filling his bowl on an evening, sneaking him a piece of toast, or having the sweetest of cuddles before bed these two gorgeous boys make Our Little Family complete.

  1. Just wanted to say that our little girl of 27 months and our puppy of eight are just like this. Best friends. We don’t know if we’ll have another baby, we might not be that lucky, but we do know we’ve got a pair of as near to siblings as we might get!

  2. Oh my god, that first photo. AMAZING. Utterly adorable. And it’s so lovely for them to grow up with pets, I wish we could get a dog but my husband won’t allow it until we are more settled and not travelling a lot! x

    • Thank you Katie, I know so cute isn’t it. They have an adorable bond. I agree with your hubby my love, you do travel a lot and kennels aren’t great places unless like our family nanny & grandad look after them x x

  3. So so lovely; wish I was into dogs; my little one really likes them and I can see the benefit of such a friendship. What beautiful captures; the first one says it all really. Good on you for encouraging it and giving your little one such key life skills through your dog. #LivingArrows
